My husband and I took a trip to Nashville back in May and spent the whole week exploring the city and trying different food spots. Here are some great restaurants we’d recommend going to while visiting Nashville.

Martin’s BBQ Joint

Various locations

Craving some BBQ? Go check out this spot for some delicious BBQ. We got a combo sampler plate and tried a bunch of their sides. You can’t go wrong with their mac & cheese and broccoli salad. It hit the spot.

The Iberian Pig

607 Overton St, Nashville, TN 37203

This is a Spanish tapas restaurant in The Gulch area. The Iberian Pig had a cute ambiance and the menu had a variety of dishes to choose from. We started off with the Croquetas de Iberica and followed with a few other tapas.

Peg Leg Porker

903 Gleaves St, Nashville, TN 37203

Here’s another great BBQ spot in Nashville. We got the sandwich plate with mac & cheese and BBQ beans and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

Sixty Vines

5055 Broadway Suite 3200, Nashville, TN 37203

Located on the top floor of Assembly Food Hall, Sixty Vines is worth checking out. We ordered the Wood Roasted Cauliflower and Margherita pizza. Both were tasty. For those with a sweet tooth, save room to try the Deviled Affogato for dessert. It’s worth it.

Assembly Food Hall

5055 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203

The food hall has so many options to choose from and was one of the best food halls I’ve been to. Check out Hattie B’s if you want some Nashville hot chicken or Dock Local for a warm lobster roll. We ended up going to the food hall several times for either lunch or dinner!
